@Psyche with the fixed /rules command, is it possible to ctrl+f the document now? If not, is that easily done? It would make scanning the rules quickly much easier.

The command exists for convenience, however seaching via ctrl+f shortcut is not currently available for the format displayed in this particular in-game window. If you like you can always simply bookmark the address of the /rules document (click here) and then view it through your browser (IE, Chrome, Etc.) It will easily be searchable with ctrl+f or shared with your friends in this way.
