[Store billing and credit subscription options information] 12/10/2019

It has been brought to our attention that a few of our members have been misinformed about what changes were made to the credits system in the store. The subscription system has been added to aid users who have our subscription-based packages and other goods-service needs. We understand that for some people who were not made aware of this change could fall short to it. That being said we would like to clarify a few things in light of these changes.

At 10/06/2019 00:16 the credits on our site were given a new option for a user to select the following: Store credit subscriptions

For users who have issued the following, we would direct you to our TOS for further information.
- Disputes
- Chargebacks

For users who have made an accidental purchase of our subscription plans, here is a direct link located under your [User Profile] to disable active PayPal subscriptions.

For users who have made an accidental purchase of our subscription plans and said subscription has gone through, please contact our store support team prior to 48 hours of credits issued for a pardon.

If you have made the purchase of a subscription-based credit purchase accidentally, we have a direct link under each user's profile linking directly to PayPal's subscription plans for you to cancel at any time.
