Dear all,
I would like to announce a meeting on 9/22/18 [Saturday] @ 7 PM EST at 'Chilybones Meeting Room' to discuss the initiation of a Skyblocks server for the upcoming Icefuse Minecraft server. Our agenda includes:
1) Problem Definition - Define the opportunities that Skyblock provides & lay a foundation for determining the scope of the project.
2) Resource Allocation - We will discuss what a Skyblock server needs, and determine what can make our Skyblocks server unique.
3) Risk Assesment - We will discuss and identify the risks associated with Skyblocks & determine whether or not the benefits of undertaking the project outweigh the risks.
4) Project Abettor Submissions - Before concluding the meeting, a link to form for Project Abettor submissions will be provided for users who wish to support and assist in making major decisions for the development and direction of the current project.
5) Conclude - The meeting will close, and a Project Abettor list will be posted a short while afterward. After concluding, we will determine if a future meeting will be necessary, and be scheduled.
