MRP Changelogs: 07/14/2019
*Two new sections in the rules were made*
INS AND US RETIRED/RESERVES POLICY
1. Retired/Reserves will no longer be used as a way to avoid quota. If you currently hold any of those titles you will roleplay with no rank but only showing your status, branch, and name. (Ex. Retired AFSOC Luto, Reserves ISF Luto).
2. You will be considered lower than any enlisted rank and will have no power, authority or jurisdiction over anyone.
3. You may still participate in missions; you will still be considered in the branch you're retired/reserves in.
4. You must ask for PTL regardless of the rank you were before going on retired/reserves.
KILLHOUSE RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. Killhouse must be claimed by SMA/BKoT, or 2LT+.
2. Only one branch claim can occur at a time per Killhouse. (SOCOM, JSOC, Red Unit, USSOCOM, and any sub-branch when claiming will be considered as one branch claim).
3. Claiming Killhouse must be adverted. (Ex. /Advert ITD Claims Killhouse)
4. Unclaiming Killhouse must be adverted. (Ex. /Advert USMC Unclaims Killhouse)
4. If a branch claims Killhouse it is Sector Alpha/Insurgent Base Operations priority to patrol their respected bases Killhouse to ensure only the people entering the Killhouse are those who claimed it. They must perform ID Checks at the front door.
5. A branch can claim Killhouse for a maximum of 15 minutes with a 15-minute cooldown for the next claim; if the same branch would like to claim they must wait for 30-minutes.
6. If the Killhouse is claimed for the use of a simulation it, the person who claimed it must advert Killhouse "sim start" and "sim stop". (Ex. /advert US Killhouse Sim Start, /advert INS Killhouse Sim Stop)
7. Any TK that is invalid in the Killhouse will be punishable through the basic RDM punishment guidelines.
8. Killhouse will be open for use if it isn't claimed but not open for simulation.
