Dear Minigames / Arcade Project Abettors,
I would like to announce a meeting on 12/22/18 [Saturday] @ 7 PM EST at 'Chilybones Meeting Room' to being the planning phase of the Minigames / Arcade game mode for the official Icefuse Minecraft server. Our agenda includes:
1) Objectives & Activities - As a team, we will identify concrete objectives and activities by breaking the project down into a step-by-step process of manageable activities.
2) Organize Activities - As a team, we will organize the activities based on which activities are dependent off of each other. We will then be able to determine which activities can & and cannot be completed simultaneously.
3) Time Estimation - A project manager will then estimate how much time is required to fulfill each activity and consider other factors that influence when each activity is completed.
