Removed:
Defibrillator Rules:
- Civilians/Insurgents who are spotted reviving hostiles may be considered KOS.
- Non-US are KOS if they are reviving, healing, or aiding a confirmed INS.
- Non-US are KOS on the big hill directly above the AOS zone.
- Trainers who are training recruits are to bring the recruits to a safe area, and may not actively defend the base while training.
- All personnel aside from CO+ MUST show their ID to MP or USMC FAST upon request when entering the base.<- [Moved to Base Rules]
- Spies must follow FearRP. If their identity is compromised and they are outnumbered, they must surrender. Compromised spies that are attempting to flee US forces are KOS.
- Spies may see and use both factions' comms, they may specify which comms they are using with /comms [US] or /comms [INS].
- Spies may not use INS comms within the voice range of other US personnel, as it will blow their cover.
- Spies may only roleplay as WO or below, excluding SMA and it’s equivalents. Spies are also prohibited from roleplaying as Sector Alpha, or as a member of any sub-branch.
- Spies must have names set prior to leaving INS base. A spy is not allowed to change their identity unless they are in the INS base.
- Spies may be given missions from a O-3+, or Intel E-10+.
- A spy impersonating a WO rank is not able to perform officer duties (grant PTL, tryouts, give PT, or promote/demote).
- A spy can’t be deemed suspicious for sources outside of the game (TeamSpeak, mission logs, discords, etc).

Gameplay Rules:

Outside of competitive rolls, 1-50 is considered a failure to do an action, 51-100 is a successful action. (i.e. /me attempts to repair the computer [Rolls a 49, which is a failure]).- Outside of competitive rolls you are allowed to roll a maximum of 3 times. (i.e /me defuses bomb; roll results in a 1-49 to allow players to be able to succeed.
Use of Slapping/Punching/Middle Finger SWEPS on higher-ups is considered FailRP unless in an active sim.- Use of Slapping/Punching/Middle Finger SWEPS on higher-ups is considered AOS unless in an active sim.
Civilians/Insurgents with radios out are considered KOS.- Civilians/Insurgents with radios out are considered AOS.
US Rules of Engagement:
Non-US are AOS between the pillars in front of the US Base, this includes standing on the sandbags.- Non-US are AOS between the sandbags in front of the US Base, this includes standing on the sandbags.
Non-US are KOS if they are standing in the tall grass in front of the US base.- Non-US are KOS if they are standing on the hills directly in front of the US base.
INS Rules of Engagement:
You must follow orders of the US if they outnumber you by a 2:1 ratio. Failure to comply with orders makes you KOS.- You must follow orders of the US if they outnumber you by a 2:1 ratio. Failure to comply with orders makes you AOS.
Killing US inside their base or AOS zone without a valid raid is considered Base Camping and RDM (this includes the entrance to underpass).- Killing US inside their base or AOS zone without a valid raid is considered Base Camping and RDM (this includes the beginning of underpass).
Shooting or using explosives/grenades near/in the US Base/AOS Zone is not allowed.- Shooting or using explosives/grenades near/in the US Base/AOS Zone makes you KOS.
After 3 rolls, the prisoner must be released, arrested, or executed.- After 3 rolls, the prisoner must be released, arrested, executed or ransomed.
Base Rules:
MP, Base Ops, and USMC FAST are the only ones permitted to loiter in the AOS or Buffer zone.- MP, USMC FAST and 820th COS are the only ones permitted to loiter in the AOS or Buffer zone.
Base codes may only be called by O-4+, with the exception of Sector Alpha or IBO O-3+.- Base codes may only be called by O-4+, with the exception of Military Police O-3+.
You must be a O-1+ to claim and start/end sims.- You must be a E-10+ to claim and start/end sims.
War Heroes/War Criminals are not allowed to assist in a branch raid unless they are a part of the attacking branch.- War Heroes/War Criminals are not allowed to assist in a branch activity unless they are a part of the branch.

- Jumping into/in Combat is not allowed.

- You must follow orders of the US if they outnumber you by a 3:1 ratio. Failure to comply with orders makes you AOS/KOS.
- You may not assist another branch in an Occupation/Insurgency.
- All personnel aside from CO+ MUST show their ID to MP or USMC FAST upon request when entering the base.
- You must be an E-10+ to call sim start/sim ends in the Killhouse.
- It’s Fail RP to enter the base as a bear/dog.
