Hello, there has been an implementation of new tools
Thank you all for your patience as we find new ways in order to improve our servers.

- Weld Tool
- Fading Doors Tool
- NPC Control Tools
- Keypad
- Stacker -Improved

- Head Admin+ can now use the Capture Point Tool
- Admin+ can now spawn up to 20 NPC's at a time
- NPC's are able to be spawned by Admin+
