Chat Rules:
5. /act - RP Chat that can only be used by SGT+ when a group of people outside of your chat radius need to see your action or when doing roleplay during an event.
a. When doing event roleplay you do not need to be SGT+ to use the command as long as it pertains to the event.
6. /actroll - RP Chat that is to only be used by SGT+ when doing an action for people outside of your chat radius or a game master.
a. All /actroll rules are the exact same as normal rolling rules for what needs to be rolled for.
b. Event Jobs are not bound by the SGT rank requirement and may use /act or /actroll as needed during an event.
