Hello Everyone!
As of last night, we have made a few changes in the executive team in regards to our Director Team and what we will be doing moving forward as a network.
Hopefully this post will provide some insight on our goals and motivations moving forward with the community.
As always, we would love to hear your feedback below so we can continue to move forward as a community.

What's new?
First and foremost, I will be moving into the role of Community Director, which entail several new and excited ideas and concepts for the community.
As such, I will be vacating my former position as Director of Affairs and we will be searching for someone to fill that role soon!
Under the position of the Community Directors is currently one Position, named "Community Manager".
More details about the new positions and what they entail precisely come below.

What exactly does a "Community Director" do?
To put it simply, the Community Director will be working actively to provide and promote community involvement and interaction.
This can include, but isn't limited to: Community Meetings, Public Forums and Q&A's, Events, Giveaways, Fundraisers, and more.
Over the next few weeks, we as a team will be working to get everything fleshed out and start planning new ideas for the community.
We will be spending the next few weeks gathering feedback on what the community as a whole would like to see us work forwards to, and we are excited to see all of your responses below.

What is a "Community Manager"?
A Community Manager is an individual who is selected to work very closely with the Community Director on events and establish new ideas for the network.
A Community Manager will typically spend most of his time playing on various servers and with many groups of people. The main goal of this position is to gather as much feedback as possible
and see what everyone as a collective would like to see the community work towards.

At this time, we are looking for individuals who are active members in the community as a whole (notably we are looking for active involvement in multiple servers, TeamSpeak, and the forums) who display great personality traits and are capable of handling some of the tasks listed above.
The position of Community Manager will be a rare position and the team will be sized to what we feel the needs of the community are.

What can everyone do to help?
The obvious answer is to let us know what you would like to see happen in the community below.
Whether that be a monthly Community Meeting, a specific Tournament in a game, ideas for contests, competitions, and more!
