What is human resources?
Human resource is a team of individuals dedicated to conducting thorough and impartial investigations of alleged misconduct, abuse, and/or negligence by the members of Icefuse Networks. The team is a handpicked group of individuals that have gone through an extensive application and interview process with final approval from the Human Resources Overseer and the Board of Directors.
How do the reports work?
Any member of our community, Member --> Network Director can be reported if you feel they are neglecting their duties, abusing their powers, or anything else you feel is unjust coming from their position. We do ask that when filing a report you do have evidence to back your claims, as it is very hard for our team to investigate claims without any form of substantial evidence to support the accusations, as well as remembering that HR Reports are not for simple rule breaking, rather more serious occurrences. All of the reports are handled internally by human resources, including investigation, information gathering, and punishment. The two report options are as follows.
Non-Executive Reports: This is for reporting anyone Member -> Division Leader and will be handled by a member of the Human Resources team and/or The Human Resources Overseer in a strict impartial manner.

Executive Reports: This is for reporting a Network Supervisor, these reports can only be seen and handled by the Human Resources Overseer and Board of Directors.

If you feel a Network Director needs to be reported, your best option would be to directly take it to Corvezeo or another Director to take up the Chain of Command.
Should you witness any form of negligence, abuse, or misconduct, please file a complaint with Human Resources. We'd like to remind everyone that these reports are taken in a very serious manner, and confidentiality is held to the highest standard. Reporting without fear of retaliation is a right protected by our human resource policies HP-1A, HP-1B, HP-1C, and HP-1D. We try our best to protect the right to confidentiality, and will take immediate disciplinary action should this trust be broken.
