Jidax - Important Changes to Human Resources

Reasons for Changes:

Currently the team has strayed off a ton from what it's initial purpose was. Which was to be a place where people could go to should they need help with anything and be able to bring up concerns/issues without the hassle that come with it. These changes are being implemented not only to facilitate this goal but to also ensure it's execution within the community. Whether you're a community or an Executive everyone should have the ability to seek help if so needed whether it's something minor or major, related to IFN; everyone deserves to be listened to and if it's within our power and devices to help them out. Therefore, these changes are an accumulation of suggestions, feedback, and criticisms of the team to make it better.

Has been pushed out:
1. The HR team has added 1 new role and revamped an existing one.
1a. HR Member has been renamed to HR Representative : They will be tasked with being a direct for of communication between the community and the Human Resources Department alongside the Manager and Overseer. They will be in charge of taking tickets and needed and be approachable to any conversation that comes there way.
1b. HR Manager has been added and alongside the responsibilities of the HR Rep. They will be additionally tasked dealing with reports that all of you are familiar with.

2. New trainings and procedures to move the HR Department into more of a help and communicative role so that we meet expectations with our changes.

Will be pushed out later this week:
1. The IFN Discord will have an option with the Ticket Tool to directly contact HR without the need of making a full on report. We want individuals to feel comfortable approaching HR without the weight of everything that currently follows the team. For example, if someone has an issue with how they're being treated or just needs someone to talk to; under the old system if it was not made into a report HR would not deal with it. With this new system all someone has to do is create the ticket and the HR individual will deal with everything else from discussion, to finding a solution, and potentially logging the info if it needs to be made into a report further down the line. We want people to have a place to go with there personal concerns without any worries and the hassles whether it be IFN or anything else outside of IFN.

2. Initially it was decided that we were gonna remove public feedback from applications but after further thought I have decided to move in a new direction. We are going to be more strict with public feedback left on HR Applications. What this means is that the rules for +1'ing or -1'ing an individual will be more strict. Before I closed applications almost all of the feedback would be extremely idiotic. For example, -1 don't see you in CityRP channels. The reason for an application is for people to form an opinion based off of the application itself and personal interactions.

3. The HR report form will be updated to be less of a hassle to fill out. We've realized that there are unnecessary questions and we want to make the process of filing a report as seamless as possible in the event that one is needed.
