Important Rule Notice:
The previous document used as instruction for baton users ("Shock Punishment Guidelines") has been removed for use. We will return to the previous system captured by the following rule:
25. All players under the rank of 1SG / WO / Knight I have to be warned once in comms prior to an arrest for small offences. (e.g FailRP or Insub)
This means that all players above this rank are expected to know and uphold all rules and RP rules and regulations of the server or they may be arrested without warning. They may still warn for what can be called "minor" offences. Players below the ranks above should be warned for minor offences. Minor offence determination is given as a permission to the baton users and will be enforced/overruled by staff as necessary.
- 22. No executions will take place without proper authority from High Command (Reg+).
- The Office of the Chancellor may order executions to be performed by and to anyone within his CoC.
- Senate Rules
- Non-combantants (i.e. Senators, Mas Amedda, Palpatine, non-combat focused droids) should not be directly on the frontlines/actively seek combat engagement. Doing so intentionally is considered FailRP.
- They may overlook the ongoing battle to effectively direct combat units in battle.
- It is required to have at least 2 guards if a Senator wishes to leave base for any reason.
- Senators may attend events but must remain with the safety of their guards. They may participate in PassiveRP in the event and may be in safe areas (i.e Command Posts / FOBs).
- It is FailRP for a Senator to run away from RG, SC, DSU, Jedi Diplomats or anyone offering protection.
- Senators+ must act like their characters and must not actively make detrimental decisions for themselves and those they represent.
- Senators+ may only use their given weapons for defensive purposes.

CHAT RULES
- /advert is only to be used to call for tryouts, optional/mandatory promotion ceremonies, DEFCON/Temple Codes, advertising for a battalion, claiming/unclaiming an area, arrest reports, warnings, AOS/RAOS, or by gamemasters for use in events.
- /act and /actroll are for use in events, large-scale passive roleplay, and large-scale trainings only.
- All executions must be handled in Black Site.
Covert Ops and RCThose who have Blacksite access have the right to AOS for trespassing if someone without the correct clearance tries to gain entry to the location. - a. CPT+ / SC and RG
SGT+/ and Knight IV+ / LTJG+ may claim certain areas on these planets. - b.
Only41st SMB+ may claim Kashyyyk townFOB.

- 29. Having unnecessary name extensions who are below the rank of BCMD (e.g. 501st Legion Sharp Shooter Medic sergeant Boris ) through the use of certain staff commands will result in an arrest for failRP.

An MAU Officer+ may do an MAU tryout
MAU Leads reserve the right to limit or temporarily blacklist (30 days maximum unless extension approved by DVL+) a member from the program under REG+ & SL+ approval.
Any member found minging/RDMing in the vehicles will have their license(s) revoked and possibly arrested.
Any member found using vehicles without a license will be subject to a blacklist from MAU and an arrest. [Event Jobs Excluded].
All High Command may drive any MAU Vehicle without having the licence.
No MAU vehicle may be driven into connector or further into base.
Running people over on purpose will result in a arrest for RDM.
Shooting in non-Sim start areas will result in a arrest to DWOD5
Using staff abilities to edit properties without the correct RP being done will result in staff punishment.
Persons that have priority over a vehicle may request for a person who does not have priority to leave that vehicle if they are not in combat and did not have the vehicle spawned for them.
