Addition of the Detainment System.
The arrest and detainment reasons below are not necessarily comprehensive. Arrests may be extended for CWRP server rule breaking not listed below explicitly. Baton users and staff may use their discretion in this regard.
Detainment is used for minor offenses with compounding punishments as offense counts raise, eventually leading to an arrest. Detainment is considered roleplay and should not result in further punishment. Any member of High Command may pardon someone who has been detained unless the detainment was ordered by someone of equivalent or higher rank.
