I do apologize for the delay on this front. I have been traveling a bit of a rough path this last month and a half with health concerns. While many of you were out and about getting candy for Halloween or hanging out with your families, I spent the 31st in the hospital, and through Thanksgiving was still in recovery. For those curious: I was involved in a battery-operated longboard accident due to a very poorly maintained sidewalk (I hit a lip in the concrete at high speed). After accomplishing true flight for a few seconds and being launched Superman-style at 25 mph, I spent the holidays doing my best to recover from my injuries. The longboard broke clean in half as I suffered major road rash, bled from my ear, lost consciousness in and out for about half an hour, and was transported to the ER with a broken collar bone (distal clavicle fracture). I didn't bother telling anyone within the community until now, simply because I do not typically seek sympathy or support from others no matter the situation (I am an emotionless psychopath). All of that chaos withstanding - I am still very much alive and it wasn't as bad as it sounds. The blood from my ear turned out to only be an abrasion (a cut) in my inner ear (how that even happens I don't have a clue) and my fracture is well on its way to recovering fully. I have already regained a fair amount of movement and can now type/code again well enough to work effectively (and hold my beer). At this point all my road rash has healed and as far as the fracture goes - full recovery is expected! Your developer is tough as nails, so we are back in business just in time for the upcoming and arguably most enjoyable holiday! Thanks for hanging in there with me, and I hope you all enjoy the update! <3
