Players were reporting that the taser gun was causing their inventory to malfunction in some cases, usually after being handcuffed. The effect was improved and will no longer cause this issue to occur.
[DONE] Added the 'Anti-Cancer Baton' to the administrator loadout (Administrator and above) to help deal with troublemakers. Does what it says - prevents cancer..

[DONE] The command '/demote' was set to be accessible only to staff members of the rank Senior Moderator and above, to prevent whitelisted players from being falsely demoted from their roles.

[DONE] The vending machine in front of the bank was double stacked, causing the front of the entity not to work as expected. This was fixed and now functions normally.
[DONE] Fixed the 'Deadly Hands' donator weapon, so that damage and blocking works as expected. The SWEP was also renamed to 'Deadly Hands' for accuracy in-game.

[DONE] Updated and improved upon a default Garry's Mod tool, the 'Weld Tool'! This serves as definitive proof that Icefuse Development does some things even better than Garry himself. We have rewrote the weld tool to fix all of the globally experienced issues with floating props/entities and other strange behavior. These issues exist on most GMod servers, but not ours. We have taken the initiative here for the benefit of the community as a whole! You're welcome, Garry!


[DONE] Several high ranking staff members were displaying tool behavior they were not intended to use. These tools were all updated to work in tandem with assigned ranks, as intended.
[DONE] Many entities were added to the entity tying list, to make roleplaying more convenient.
[DONE] Entities were added to the touchlist for the remover tool, to add further convenience (including while in admin mode).
[DONE] Entities were added to the touchlist for the physgun as well (including while in admin mode).

Staff members of the rank Elite Administrator and above had the unintended ability to alter permaprops in various ways, leading to some cases of confusion and difficulty.

Added the President to the whitelist system to prevent new or inexperienced players from abusing the responsibilities of the role.
[DONE] Added the FIB [T6], Highway Patrol, and Prison Guard to the correct usergroup in order to restore access to the '/pcon' command and government building doors.
[DONE] Removed voting for Secret Service, FIB [T6], SWAT Chief [T5], and Sheriff, in order to prevent conflictions with the current whitelisting system.
[DONE] Added fire fighter to the whitelist in order to prevent new or inexperienced players from minge driving with fire trucks.
[DONE] Increased the Police Officer role cap by 5 (10 > 15).

The Meathead and Bodybuilder descriptions previously stated that you were allowed to base and buy printers, but players were unable to buy doors. The features have been restored to working order.
[DONE] Removed Martha the Mother from the Hobo group and restored the ability to purchase doors.
[DONE] Removed Billy from the Hobo group and restored the ability to purchase doors.
[DONE] Removed Father John from the Hobo group and restored the ability to purchase doors.
[DONE] Fixed the Hobo description to specify building rules more clearly (only in secluded areas).
[DONE] The Car Mechanic description was updated to reflect the proper use of the role.

Players were reporting that the taser gun was causing their inventory to malfunction in some cases, usually after being handcuffed. The effect was improved and will no longer cause this issue to occur.
[DONE] Staff members could (for a brief period of time) spawn Orbitial Strikes, Atomic Bombs, and other destructive/prohibited weapons that while fun - prove to be much too tempting to have on the live server. The exact cause of this random occurrence remains unclear, however it was easy enough to solve this issue. The M9K Specialties were removed again after some much needed 'testing', of course..


[DONE] Staff members of a high enough rank were inadvertently able to change the VC Mod's administrative features. These permissions are restricted to superadmins only and this was quickly fixed.

[DONE] Skill values would on occasion spontaneously reach very high value, exceeding the maximum threshold. Example: Jump height may have been seen as 100/20 and run speed at 50/10. This temporarily glitch was due to a database corruption. The database was reset to fix the corrupted data and hence, all the skill values returned to normal.
