These are changes that have been made to the Suggestions section in order to have better organization and separate Dev suggestions from Personnel suggestions.
An Accepted, On Hold, and Denied section have been added to both Suggestions & Personnel Department Suggestions to better have suggestions organized.
Myself (Jidax) & Pharix have gone through the necessary steps to ensure that this is done properly. Any issues with permissions or anything else feel free to state them below or contact one of us.
Suggestion Changes
This section will hold all suggestion that require dev work and testing through the CEO, Developers, and any other parties that may be brought in to test these things out.
The "Bug Report" option has been brought back as sometimes a lot of bugs would get lost in COC or would not be properly reported with the necessary information.
Why was this option removed?:
1) Job Class Addition/Modification/Removal: The way Job Updates are done information and suggestions are only taken when an update happens to the servers. Suggestions that are made months before will not be looked at as those who are in positions at the time of updates will be spoken with. You will still be able to suggest these changes when a job update comes to your server and that will be done through your Commander+/Server Leadership for RP servers and through Server Leadership for City & Dark RP.
2) Events:
The RP Discords already have a sort of event suggestion channel as well as the Events Suggestion section within the Affairs Department Section here: https://forums.icefuse.net/index.php?forums/event-suggestions.1034/
3 & 4) Rule Changes/Anything Personnel Related: Moved to Personnel Suggestions
What happened to my old suggestions that fell under the removed categories?:
Almost all of them were moved to the archived section and labeled rejected. You may re-suggest it under the new rules and sections, This was done to clean up old suggestions that were not gonna be looked at or to ensure the consistency with the suggestions that were kept. Some suggestions that fell under these sections were kept as those servers have some sort of update happening.

Specified Servers:
These sections will hold all suggestions that require approval from the Division Leader, Personnel Executives, and the Director of Personnel. This is to streamline and better organize suggestion that can be dealt with in a timely manner without getting lost within other suggestions that the Personnel Department can't do.
Global Personnel Suggestions:
This section is solely handled by the Director of Personnel. These suggestions will need not only approval from the DOP but from the CEO as well. These may take more time and in some circumstances will require that changes are made to the original suggestion. The topics handled in this section will effect all servers for the most part so instead of having them separated and scattered throughout random section it can all be under one section where everyone can see and give feedback on.
