We recently held a global staff meeting explaining our intentions for forcing recruitment on all the servers as much as possible. We've made some changes to the policies that we said in the global but the same theme is there.

2. Moderators+ are required to be in Recruitment team and receive training for Recruitment as soon as they're promoted.
[POLICIES THAT ARE BEING ENACTED]
1. There will be no quotas for Recruiters or Senior Recruiters on any server.
2. Senior Moderators+ are required to be in Recruitment team and receive training for Recruitment as soon as they're promoted.
3. In order to be promoted to Administrator from Senior Moderator, you must have at least two recruitment referrals in your time as Senior Moderator.
4. In order to be promoted to Elite Administrator from Administrator, you must have at least four recruitment referrals in your time as Administrator.
5. In order to be promoted to Head Administrator from Elite Administrator, you must have at least five recruitment referrals in your time as Elite Administrator.
To Senior Moderators+: Contact a Recruitment Officer ASAP to receive training in Recruitment if you are not in it yet, we will do a giant training session on Friday after staff meetings, we expect all Senior Moderators+ to have received training for Recruitment.
To Recruitment Officers+: Do not train people for Recruitment one at a time, host a session with multiple people, at least two to host a training session for Recruitment training.
To Trial-Moderators and Senior Moderators+ that applied for Recruitment: Your application was deleted and removed, Trial-Moderators cannot apply for Recruitment anymore, and Senior Moderators+ are in the position regardless of an application.
