We invite interest from motivated and skilled individuals who aspire to assume the role of Network Supervisor over our Garry's Mod sector.
We firmly believe in recognizing the potential and expertise of our team members. The Supervisor position within our GMOD sectors is a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing and optimizing the performance, staff team, and the servers success.
Key responsibilities of Network Supervisors will include:
1. Assigned Servers and day-to-day operations.
2. Enforcement of roleplay of the servers.
3. Enforcement of rules & policies implemented on their assigned server including the staff team, affairs teams, and infrastructure teams.
To be eligible for consideration for the Supervisor position, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
1. A proven track record of successful network management and leadership experience.
2. In-depth knowledge of the network & community interworking
3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a strong attention to detail.
4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to foster a positive team environment.
5. Must be in good standing with the community as a whole.
