Removed Rules
General Rules
Do not use your gravity gun to steal other peoples entities.
Sith High Council+ can execute lower ranks if they disrespect their higher ups or for insubordination, includes but not limited too, using force abilities on higher ups
In order to become Lord I/Knight I you must be in a branch [Honorary Ranks are exempt from being required to be in a branch.
Force Choke may only be used by Knight V+ and Lord V+
FailRP Rules
Weapons out as a civilian is considered FailRP.
Planetary Raids
Trainers training recruits can't engage or take part in the raid defense.
Jabba Regulations
Must follow all server rules
You cannot place a hit on Jabba the Hutt
  1. Unless it is needed during an event
If the gamemaster needs a slot for an event you MUST get off the job.
  1. May be captured by the Jedi or Sith with valid roleplay reasoning
    1. Those capturing Jabba without valid roleplay reasoning with be jailed for FailRP
  2. Jabba has full authority over the Catina
    1. May temporarily kick players out with valid reasoning
    2. In the case this is abused the Jabba will be removed

C3PO and R2D2 Regulations
  1. Must follow all server rules
Cannot be hacked into by the Sith unless utilized in a Game Master event

These rules may be temporary Altered with roleplay reason if approved by a Sector Lead or higher

General Job Rules
Must follow all server rules

Bounty Hunter Rules

If the gamemaster needs a slot for an event you MUST get off the job.

  1. May not take multiple bounties at once.
    1. Must wait 5 minutes after a bounty is completed before accepting another.
    2. Must wait 10 minutes to take a bounty from the same person.
    3. Must wait 15 minutes if it is a Sith on Sith bounty.

Changed Rules
General Rules
Old: Tactical insert should be placed inside roleplaying areas such as Jedi/Sith Temple. If a Tactical insert if found outside of these role-playing areas it can be destroyed.

New: Tactical inserts should only be placed inside roleplaying areas such as Jedi/Sith Temple. If a Tactical insert is placed outside these areas you must still follow NLR and if it is found outside of these role-playing areas it can be destroyed without it being considered FailRP.

Old: After coming out of the role-playing area the players outside the role-playing area must give the player five seconds before engaging. (AKA buffering zone)

New: When teleporting to a new area or exiting Tatooine spawn building, players already in the area must give the player five seconds before engaging. (AKA buffering zone)

Old: You can have a character on both Jedi, Sith but can only have one Master/Darth+ position

New: You can have a character on both Jedi, Sith in addition to a trooper on each side but can only have one Master/Darth+ position

Old: Saber sounds other than those implemented using the saber editing machine are strictly forbidden, anyone found using custom sounds will be considered as using exploits and will be punished accordingly.

Use of roleplay friendly sounds any use of non roleplay friendly sounds may lead to instant removal.

Planetary Codes

Old:
Only a Jedi Knight V+ can call them for the Jedi, and only a Sith Lord V+.

New: Can only be called by a Knight/Lord V+ for their faction.

FailRP Rules

Old: 2. Talking OOC while roleplaying in character.
3. Bringing 3rd party items that are in no way involved. EX: I love CSGO.

New:
Talking OOC while roleplaying in character. Bringing 3rd party items up in voice or chat other than OOC that are in no way involved. EX: I love CSGO.

Old: Talking whilst dead is FailRP.

New: Talking while dead.

Old : Do not scam other players out of items

New: Do not scam players in any way. (moved to General Rules)

Old: Using Arrest Baton for any purpose other than arresting is FailRP.
a) Must attempt to arrest in character (binding and rolling) at least once before using baton to arrest, if they fail to follow your binds or commands you may baton arrest them.
b) Exemption is granted for cases where a player is attempting to or is currently massRDMing they may be batoned immediately or players with provable previous instances of being baton arrested within 24 hours.

New: Using an Arrest Baton for any purpose other than arresting is FailRP.
a) Must attempt to arrest in character (binding) at least once before using a baton to arrest, if they fail to follow your binds or commands you may baton arrest them.
b) Exemption is granted for cases where the offender is currently RDMing,offender has provable previous instances of being baton arrested within 24 hours, or the arrester is Light/Dark Council+.
c) Members of the opposing faction can not be arrested, only kidnapped.

Old: Healing restrictions can be found in the permissions thread

New: Combat healing is not allowed unless on specific jobs, further information can be found in the permissions thread. (Entering/being in combat is any attempt to deal damage.)

Planetary Conquests

Old: Before a full-scale Planetary Conquest occurs a briefing MUST be held including all members of the faction involved, in their respective temples.

New: Before a full-scale Planetary Conquest occurs a debrief must be held.

Planetary Raids

Old:
Do NOT kill recruits nor their trainers during a raid

New: DO NOT kill recruits nor their trainers. (Moved from Planetary Conquests to General Rules)

General Job Rules

Old: May request PTE to either Temple Planet

New:
Is subject to AOS or KOS if they are caught entering a temple without PTE
RP Arrest without roll, not Baton arrest.

Bounty Hunter Rules

Old: May enter Temple Planets at any time with PTE

New:
Is subject to AOS or KOS if they are caught entering a temple without PTE
RP Arrest with roll, while not in combat, and not Baton arrest.

Trooper Regulations


Old:
Troopers must follow those in this CoC as well as their branch hierarchy
1st LT Can promote to SGT
2nd LT Can promote to CPL
Captain can promote to 1st LT
Leadership structure within the Trooper battalions will be determined by the Division Leader

Rolling is not required when it is a roleplay arrest rather than a kidnapping.
Members of the opposing faction can not be arrested, only kidnapped.

Do not initiate combat within the Tatooine spawn building.
Do not enter the Tatooine spawn building within 30 seconds of combat or during combat.
Using force breach maliciously or without reason.
