1) Suggestions are being redone so that Personnel suggestions are being separated from suggestions that require dev work (with the exclusions of the Admin system) to keep things more organized. These will be fully implemented on Monday.

2) All old suggestions will be deleted/archived as to not clutter old suggestions with new suggestions. Some may stay up depending on the validity of the suggestion as well as whether it's possible to implement.
