Props & Building Rules
- Hobos may build on the road/anywhere in the RP world as long as it does not block off any area or base.
- As a prisoner you may kill the government and other prisoners in order to escape.

Roleplay Guidelines:
Government & Vigilantes
- You can not repeatedly place or accept hits on the same person. This is considered harassment.
- You can only place or accept a hit on the same person once every 10 minutes.
- When basing, the banker may not block off any of the NPCs or ATMs.
Government & Vigilantes
- Once a lockdown is initiated, the President must advert a warning that all outdoor players are AOS after 30 seconds until the lockdown is over.
- Police may not arrest players for breaking lockdown until the timer has expired from the President's advert.
- Ballas and Families are allowed to KOS one another.
- Job Abuse has now been added and moved to protocol 2 gameplay offenses.
- Staff Obstruction has been added and will follow protocol 1 admin offenses.

- MRDM Punishments - 3 days (First Offense),1 week (Second Offense), 2 weeks (3rd Offense), 1 month (4th Offense), 2 months (Annex B) (5th Offense+).- RDMx4 punishment raised from 20 minutes to a 1 day ban
