Server rules have changed! Please make sure to share and carefully look through these.
If there is something you wish to see changed, added or removed. Please make a suggestion on the forums.​


Removed.

General Rules
  • RDM in the CR room will lead to a 3 day ban for NITRP.​
  • Do not enter another battalions barracks without permission from an officer or the highest rank online from that battalion.​
  • Anyone can use the shooting range. "Must use the sign firing range is hot".​
Defcons were removed from server rules entirely.

Chat Rules
  • @ - Opens a staff ticket, but requires 10 characters minimum.
  • Tryout binds are only allowed to be posted by the highest ranking active member online at the time, SGT+ can still do tryouts as normal. Failure to follow this rule will result in an arrest for "Misuse of Comms".
Cloaking Rules
  • RC can call out these enemies current location for others.
  • No one can see enemies that are completely unmoving and cloaked (Exception is RC/RG)
Clone Rules
  • Do not go within the Republic HQ without permission from Republic Ops or Shock Troopers.
  • Do not enter the GR unless you are an engineer and have permission from Republic Ops or Shock Troopers.
  • Do not enter another battalions bunks without permission from one of that battalions members.
  • Once you join a battalion/regiment. There is a 3-day cool down before you can leave it and join another one. Breaking this will result in a 1-week suspension from all battalions.
  • You may have a Clone Trooper, a Republic Ops, a Jedi, a Senator and a droid.
  • Before leaving the base, all troopers under the rank of Battalion CMD must ask PTL (permission to leave). A group of 3 or more is required to be granted permission, and you must specify why you are leaving.
  • RANCOR, ARC, 91st, 41st, Jedi, 0-5C, Covert Ops and Senate sector members are allowed to leave the base without PTL.
  • Everyone below Battalion Commander (XO and below) will have to ask for PTL. If they are bringing people with them, they must request PTL
  • Republic Ops and Shock Troopers are the only ones allowed to give PTE and PTL.
  • All battalions that don't require PTL are able to use the Gate Button without permission.
  • Before taking off, you must request permission to take off.
Jedi Rules
  • There must be a Jedi Council.
  • There can be a Sentinel, Guardian and Consular Leader.
  • There must be a mandatory trial for Jedi Padawan and Jedi Knight.
  • There must be a way to get a Jedi Master.
  • There must be a Jedi Knight ranking system.
  • There must be a way for Jedi Masters to promote Jedi Knights.
  • There must be a way for Jedi Masters to get named Jedi Masters.
  • There must be a way for Jedi Masters to demote Jedi if needed without Yoda being present.
  • Lore Named Jedi Masters MUST be a part in events with their Lore Battalions when available.
  • There must be a system to punish Jedi that minge/ break the rules.
  • There must be a system of a tryout for Ahsoka Tano, Barriss Offee and the other Knight Lore characters with whitelist.
  • 3 day rule for Jedi.
  • Leaving a branch within 3 days of joining it will result in a 7 day blacklist from all branches, this can only be voided by Council Members+.
  • Leaving a battalion within 3 days of joining it will result in a 7 day blacklist from all battalions,
  • Leaving a battalion within 3 days of joining it will result in a 7 day blacklist from all battalions, this can only be voided by the Council Overseer of that specific battalion+, (However CoC must be followed).
  • Saber throw, force stasis, and force slow are not allowed to be used on event jobs, if done it will lead to an arrest for FailRP.
Droid Rules
  • Must become a Service droid before you can apply for a named droid position.

Changed/Edited Rules

General Rules

  • Old: You may only have your weapon out on-safety or during DEFCON 4 and below.
    • New: You may only have your weapon on-safety or out during DEFCON 4 and below.
  • Old: Battalion Commander+, Shock Troopers, Republic Ops, and Jedi Master+, Jedi Ambassadors, Senate Commandos and Red Guard are allowed within the Republic HQ without signing in. Do not enter the Republic HQ otherwise without signing in. If you are not one of these roles listed you must be accompanied by one and if not, you cannot enter (Unless ordered by one of the roles listed, Defcon 3 at your battalions battlestation, or Defcon 2).
    • New: Battalion Commander+, Shock Troopers, Republic Ops, Jedi Master+, Jedi Diplomats, Senate Commandos and Red Guard are allowed within the Republic HQ without signing in. Do not enter the Republic HQ otherwise without signing in with the Security Detail or RO at the desk.
      • If being escorted by in you must still sign in with the security detail at the desk or RO, members of the Office of the Supreme Chancellor and their guests are exempt from this.
  • Old: Do not enter another battalions barracks without permission from an officer or highest rank online from that battalion.
    • New: You may have a maximum of 1 character (excluding honoraries) in the following Sectors: Clone, Jedi, Republic Operations, Senate and Droid.
  • Old: No trooper may have two or more clones.
    • You may have a Veteran Commander+ whitelist.
    • New: You may have a maximum of 1 character (excluding honoraries) in the following Sectors: Clone, Jedi, Republic Operations, Senate and Droid
  • Old: During debriefs only officer+, ARC, RC and lore Characters may be promoted via the stand.
    • New: During debriefs, only officer+ and initial lore character promotions may be done via the stand.
  • Old: During debriefs all weapons must be away unless you are Commander+, 05C, Galactic Marines (Passed GMC) and ARC.
    • New: During debriefs all weapons must be away unless you are Commander+, Shock Troopers, O5C and RG/SC.
Chat Rules
  • Old: /advert - RP Chat that can be used by only SMB+, Republic Commando+, Republic Ops, and Jedi Knight I+.
    • The advert is used for announcements, orders, Defcons, claiming areas, sims, or tryouts.
  • New: /advert - RP Chat that can be used by only SMB+, 0-5 Commando+, Republic Ops, and Jedi Knight I+.
    • The advert is used for announcements, orders, Defcons, claiming areas, sims, or tryouts.
  • Clarified: Spamming tryout binds is an arrestable offense for “Misuse of Comms”
Cloaking Rules
  • Old: Only RC Chain of Command and Jedi Shadows can see cloaked enemies at any time.
    • New: Only O5C+, Red Guards and Jedi Shadows/Council+ can see cloaked enemies at any time.
Fail RP Rules
  • Old: No FailRP names or lore names
    • New: No FailRP names or lore names unless you are in that lore position.
  • Old: Any sort of tryout adverts that are called in any type of chat whatsoever during events is now considered FailRP.
    • New: Any sort of repeated tryout adverts that are called in any type of chat whatsoever during events is considered FailRP.
Prop Limits and Whitelist Section was moved to Roleplay Regulations.

New/Added Rules:

General Rules
  • Positions that are Regimental Commander+ equivalency that are military personnel reserve the ability to defend themselves from attacks with lethal force. This does not apply to honorary status positions.
  • Senate Commandos and Red Guard have the ability to protect anyone entrusted into their care with lethal force as well.
  • Do not enter any area that you do not have the clearance level for without permission.
  • Once you join a branch/battalion/division in each respective sector you must wait 3 days before attempting to join another without permission from a senior officer or higher of that branch/battalion/division if it would result in you leaving the current branch/battalion/division.
[New Section Added] PTL/PTE and Ship Rules
  • Before leaving the base, all troopers under the rank of Battalion CMD must ask PTL (permission to leave). A group of 3 or more is required to be granted permission, and you must specify why you are leaving:-
    • RANCOR, ARC, 91st, 41st, Jedi, 0-5C, Covert Ops and Senate sector members are allowed to leave the base without PTL.

    • Republic Ops and Shock Troopers are the primary people who will be granting PTL/PTE, members of high command of any sector may grant PTL/PTE if there are no available RO/ST to grant permissions.
    • All battalions that don't require PTL are able to use the Gate Button without permission.
  • All ships entering or leaving the base must request permission to take-off or land. Taking off or landing without permission may result in punishments being levied against your pilot license or an arrest depending on the circumstances surrounding the situation.
    • Members of the Office of the Chancellor are exempt from permission to takeoff and must simply inform that they are taking off. They still must request permission to land.
      b. Permission to take off or land must be asked for in comms or in advert depending on the rank of the pilot and may only be asked for by the pilot.
    • Takeoff and landing requests can be granted by RO, RO Jedi or ST. High command of any sector may step in and grant takeoffs/landings should none of the above be available to grant them.
    • RO Jedi, Temple Guard and Jedi Council+ may grant permissions to land and take off from the Jedi Landing Pad outside the temple.
  • You may not pilot a ship that you do not have the proper license or training to pilot or you may get arrested or have punishments levied against your pilot license.
  • Ships that have been stolen or are being operated by pilots who are not licensed to fly those ships will be requested to land immediately or be declared rogue. All rogue ships are to be shot down immediately by any personnel or pilots and the pilot of a rogue ship is to be arrested. Ships may be declared rogue by anyone who is in RO, or anyone who has permissions to AOS.

Droid Rules
  • Droids assigned to jedi masters may enter the temple freely.
Fail RP Rules
  • Placing tactical insertions while an enemy is directly engaging you is considered FailRP.
 
  • New: You may only have your weapon on-safety or out during DEFCON 4 and below.
    So does this mean no one can have guns out on defcon 5? Or are this like DB and those people are exluded

Anyone can have their guns on safety during DC 5. Guns out means ready to fire, on safety just means on safety, away means it can't be showing.
