- Fixed parachute falling sound bug.
- Fixed the insurgent smokes as they were useless.
- Removed old handcuffs as they serve no use anymore.
- Changed suicide bomb distance check

- Added a new throwable medpack weapon to some jobs
- Added a new throwable ammopack weapon to some jobs

- Updated the following on new handcuffs.
- Added a new menu for all cuffing actions.
- Removed old key bindings for blinding-gagging target
- Changed volume on struggle sounds to not be so loud.

- Added a new spotting system for the opposing faction.
- Note this system requires the user to press e on a non-team mate to spot them.
- Note this system also works alongside smokes.
- Note this system also adds a spot marker on the compass.

- Updated all weapons to use slot positions on loadout hud to the following
- Slot #0 = Utilities
- Slot #1 = Pistol/Knives
- Slot #2 = SMG/Shotgun
- Slot #3 = Rifles
- Slot #4 = Snipers / LMG's
- Slot #5 = Explosives / Grenades

Suggestion: Move medkit, medbag, defibs, ammo, and shields to Slot #5 as they get cluttered w/ dono sweps, would make it easier to be tactical and would feel less clunky.

Bugs: Defibs are still located in Slot #4 w/ SMGs, G3A3 Sharpshooter is in Slot #5 w/ the rifles it was w/ snipers last version, and the drilldo is still in Slot #5 w/ the rifles.

I REALLY LOVE the spotting mechanic as well!
