Fixed: E.D and Sector Lead not be able to use logs.
Fixed E.D and Sector Lead not being able to use Emotes
Fixed ED and Sector Lead Tickets not showing up.
Fixed /checkstore command stripping staff ranks.

Damn now the ED’s and Sector Lead’s have to actually work
